ABOUT B.N.B
UXO Academy of Bombs and Bullets (B.N.B) was founded in May 2021 on the island of Guam. B.N.B was inspired by President/CEO of Oia’I’o Halo Hui (Royden “Keala” Fernandez) to introduce an educated training and certified program in Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) / UnexplodedOrdnance (UXO) to the local people of Guam. B.N.B is a self-certified Minority Native Hawaiian Owned (NHO), Service Disabled Owned Veteran (SDOVSB), small business, that also has the capability to provide MEC services.
At B.N.B our team of experienced educated professionals and staff are easy to talk to and strive to put our clients needs first. We attempt every effort by conducting thorough training programs and when servicing MEC projects, keeping safety and meeting productivity goals and project requirements within budget. Our client’s needs come first and we challenge ourselves to not only meet but exceed their expectations.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

As the owner of UXO Academy of Bombs and Bullets Guam, LLC (B.N.B)., it is with confidence that we say, while we are a newly formed company we come with a highly experienced and professionally qualified management team. Royden’s experience alone consists of managing multimillion-dollar projects for the Department of defense as a regional manager in Afghanistan. Fernandez also had the opportunity to serve as an operations manager and oversaw 100 plus employees. In this new role as the owner and President of B.N.B, he looks forward to growing further as B.N.B applies innovative and tested procedures to solve MEC issues in a safe and productive manner. As a local company, we are able to keep funding on Guam which in turn will enhance our economy and keep our community strong.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
B.N.B offers a Certified Training Program in Munitions and Explosives of Concerns (MEC) / Unexploded Ordnance (UXO). We are also responsible for locating, identifying and disposing of foreign and domestic explosive devices using advanced geophysical equipment and techniques in accordance with project specifications when servicing. We actively support and uphold the company’s stated vision, mission and values by ensuring that Client and Project Manager’s site-specific requirements are met.
